• Consumables eg food items ,stationery, school chalk, building materials, school uniforms can be monitored

Pay Roll

• Management of staff salaries and allowances, generation of pay slips, payment sheets,bank lists, EFT schedules, NSSF and PAYE Schedules etc.

Library Management

• All school books are registered , we record borrowers, manage book returns, trace defaulters and lost books etc.

UNEB Analysis

• Generation of UNEB Analysis, Comparative statistics and maintenance of UNEB results’ register

Student attendance register

• Register the attendance of students, using role call registers by teachers

SMS

• Automatically send SMSes to parents, these include: fees reminder SMSes, fees received SMSes, general SMSes eg Visitation days, etc

Asset Tracking

• Asset tracking register, involves registering all fixed assets, eg furniture, equipment and machinery ,computers, electronics etc. We capture the asset values, purchase dates, asset locations and perform asset depreciation.

EFT(Electronic funds transfer)

• This module enables us to download payments from a bank portal, and automatically update student accounts, it is a cool and convenient way of managing fees updates as opposed to the rudimentary method of bank slip capture. You would be amazed at how fast financial records are compiled because the most time consuming job in the bursar’s office is capturing bank slips. Financial reports would be produced on time because bursary staff would now concentrate on other areas like budgeting and budget monitoring ,bank reconciliation and preparation of payment vouchers. By the way even posting of expenses is already automated, once the payment voucher has been prepared and approved, a mere click of a button, posts the amounts on the payment voucher to the appropriate votes!

Parents don’t have to line up in banks for school fees payments, they pay fees using their mobile phones!!

Thumb print monitoring

• Involves using a thumb print machine, to monitor student status, in terms of Books borrowed form library, outstanding fees balance, meals taken etc. When a student places his finger on the machine all this information shall be revealed ie Fees balance, books borrowed and meals eaten, as well as visitations to the sick bay.

We are happy to announce the hire purchase strategy for the SMIS System

Under the scheme; the school will pay : 300.000/= per term for a period of four years.

USE Schools

Under the scheme ; the USE/UPE School will pay : 210,000/= per term for a period of four years.
