THE DEBT MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING SYSTEM(DMMS)
DMMS Is a computer Program meant for debt recovery institutions and banks. It is also very useful for auctioneers and law firms dealing in debt recovery as a major component as well.
Areas covered:
Management of debtors
Debtors are allocated accounts, and their loan amounts registered against these accounts.
Capturing and allocation of auctioneers
Auctioneers appointed for debt recovery are registered into the system, and are allocated to various debtors for enforcing recovery
Allocation of lawyers to marketing officers
The auctioneers are also placed under supervision of officers(marketing officers) within the debt recovery institution for monitoring their performance and reporting on them
Capturing and allocation of lawyers
Lawyers appointed for debt recovery are registered into the system, and are allocated to various debtors for enforcing recovery
Allocation of lawyers to legal officers
The lawyers are also placed under supervision of legal officers within the debt recovery institution for monitoring their performance and reporting on them
Lawyers are important when it comes to legal battles in courts between debtors and the recovery institution, whereas marketing officers are important for purposes of putting property on market for sale as a means of forced recovery.
Reports
DMMS has many reports:
