(ii)               Dividing pay roll into : Daily,Weekly and Monthly pay roll

(iii)             Pay roll schedules(Payment sheets,Bank lists,NSSF and PAYE Schedules.Pay slips etc)

Daily Attendance:

• Register Employees(Name,Department,Employee Number,Sex etc)
• Capture finger prints
• Daily signing in and out by using the Thumb print machine(Biometric machine)
• Downloading daily attendance data from the machine into the PRS System
